ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for two dedicated individuals who want to work as personal assistants for our child client, located about 5 km outside the city center. We offer the following positions:
2 x 50% permanent positions, the work is primarily scheduled on weekday evenings from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but also every other weekend and during school holidays from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
The working hours are as follows:
Weekdays from 3:10 PM to 8:00 PM
Weekends and school holidays from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Start date is according to agreement, and we hope you can begin the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is an 8-year-old girl who enjoys engaging in fun and rewarding activities with her assistants, such as swimming, cycling, outdoor activities, and having coffee in town, etc. Our client needs your assistance in her daily life as she has a multi-functional disability.
The tasks include:
Support with daily routines, including household chores
Transfers
Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
Verbal training and stretching
Activation
ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
Are you an active woman who enjoys both planning and carrying out outdoor activities, bowling, swimming, and cycling with the client? Additionally, do you enjoy going to cafes and having coffee, visiting markets, or attending various sports events with the client? The client rides horses, and there are pets in the home, so it is essential that you are tolerant of pets and horses.
Your role as a personal assistant to the client means being helpful in daily life where her disability limits her. This involves providing support and assistance with training, play, activities, personal care, transfers, and meals. You need to have the willingness and ability to plan and participate in activities.
We want you to be attentive, proactive, engaged, and solution-oriented.

REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
Driver's license and access to a car
Tolerant of pets and horses
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working with children
Employment rate: permanent position 50%
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
